All orders received after 11 AM are typically processed on the following business day. We make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, but especially during periods of high demand, minor delays may occur. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
TIMING of DELIVERY:
The courier usually collects packages from Monday to Friday. For all orders processed after 11 AM on Friday until on Sunday evening, they will be processed starting Monday morning. Therefore, the shipping timelines should be calculated from Monday.
Purchasing the EXPRESS service provides you with expedited delivery and a higher priority in order preparation. This is especially recommended for urgent situations, particularly during the peak season.
We would like to emphasize that, despite the aforementioned, once the package is handed over to the courier, we no longer have direct control over the delivery timelines, which should always be considered as approximate. Additionally, any holidays, strikes, weather, or other factors may further extend delivery times.
DOMESTIC Italian Shipping:
We offer free ground shipping on all orders within Italy over 99€.
Orders are typically processed between 1-3 business days and are in transit business days only. As you know, sometimes delivery process may take longer depending on the orders volume.
We offer free EU shipping on orders over 190 €. A country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout on orders less than 190€ (see the chart below).
We offer free international shipping on orders over 350 €. A country-specific shipping fee will be applied at checkout on orders less than 350€ (see the chart below).
We currently offer SDA EXPRESS (or similar) for international orders that normally takes between 7 to 15 working days but, as you know, delays may occur.
Bohemia Couture is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.

We will accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of delivery for store credit or refund deducing the cost of original shipping, if charged.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (silk dustbags or belt) and gifts (if any) received with the order.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, without any signs of use.
Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer so shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please allow 1 week for processing every returned item.
Please note that Sale - Promo - 2nd Quality Items are a Final sale and cannot be returned due to special prices applied.
If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order
We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.
If the price of the item is superior to your original order
We will create a voucher for the full amount initially paid that will be emailed to you and you will be able to use this voucher to buy a new item.
Vouchers are valid for a full year.
